Jazzyfaction Ltd is a music events company organising and promoting single concert events and two or three day weekend festivals primarily to promote Big Band music, jazz, swing and other popular music.
OBJECTIVES
To provide organised events where local Big Band music communities and other local music performers can meet to share their interests in Big Band music, jazz, swing and other music and enjoy performances for each other;
To advance the public's appreciation of Big Band music, jazz, swing and other music and demonstrate its local availability through accessible public performance;
To strengthen local Big Band music communities and other local music performers by developing opportunities for networks, partnerships, learning and development, and other collaborations that further the art form and expand the community;
To help promote younger people's interests to continue music through adult life, by showing various Big Band Music, other jazz and swing groups and other music groups available in their communities;
To help new and up-and-coming musicans and performers to advance to the next stage in their careers; and
To promote the need for live music by showcasing high-quality public performances by local Big Band music communities, other local music performers, and their guests.
